Caroline's parents die in a car accident when going home, because Caroline has no other place to stay, her childhood friend's parents take her in and take care of her for the following next years, until present time. After some time, they lend her a house to live in, until she's able to get a job and start living by herself. Since she is so close to Felix, her childhood friend, she starts developing a huge crush on him and plans to confess her feelings. To make it special, she grows her own flower as a gift along with the confession. The day, when Caroline is supposed to meet Felix in the park and confess, she finds Felix hitting a boy the same age as them. She always thought that Felix was a nice person, but seeing that side of him gets her shocked and disgusted. She gets to know the boy, who's name is Noah and they become better friends over time. In the end, Felix regrets letting Caroline seeing him the way she did and tries to apologize, but Caroline gets him to apologize to Noah instead. They all become friends and hang out with each other a lot, but as time goes, it seems that the relationship between Noah and Felix becomes more of a "Rival relationship".
